Justin Wilson, 32, of Secane, is charged with invasion of privacy and related offenses from an incident that police say happened in Tredyffrin Township on Wednesday, Feb. 15.
Investigators say Wilson approached a woman and made casual conversation before asking for her phone, ostensibly so he could connect with her on social media. That's when detectives believe he accessed her camera roll and sent the private images to his own cellphone via text message, without permission.
Wilson is also charged with "offenses related to an incident involving similar circumstances" near King of Prussia Mall in Montgomery County last month, Tredyffrin police said.
Officials speculate there may be more victims who are either "unaware these offenses occurred," or are "unwilling to report them due to the sensitive nature of the complaint."
Anyone with relevant information is asked to call Det. Mike Cermignano of the Tredyffrin Township Police Department at 610-408-3651, or email MCermignano@Tredyffrin.org.
